| I am such a bad blogger, but I try. A lot has happened since the last time I even touched Xanga. With facebook and myspace so famous among the average college student, it appears I have not found the time for poor old xanga. ( not that I have time for facebook and myspace anyways, but sounded like a good excuse to me.) If you are a friend and have been trying to get a hold of me or like to play fun pranks, I have a home phone for all those uses. It gets quite fun actually because I will only be staying at this apt. for another month or two so I don't care what you do with this number. Hopefully call and talk to me (605) 782-3177. And don't think that it's my cellphone because then prank calls on the cell phone suck. Plus I give you this number because if you really want to catch up with me or just meet me, just call this number and ask for Jared Paulson. Something I really have started to pick up recently (because it's my major) is working on computers. I have really been enjoying it and would love to help people out with their computers. | Holy crap it's been a while since I have last done this. Well I'm in a hurry to update every cyber thing that I left alone since I don't know how long but I'll make it short and sour.
Well, I have been going to Augustana College this last semester and was majoring in Deaf Education. I found out it was not for me and decided I would transfer to Southeast Tech so I would remain in Sioux Falls but I would have to move out of the dorms. Well there is this cute litte house on Hawthorne and 28th st that my older brother is living in and I just couldn't pass up a cute little piece of crap house. So thats where I'm living now.
My mom came down to visit quite recently and I just realized that I would be spending my Christmas break away from my family and trying to get a job over the holidays so I could make 300 dollars by Jan. Well it doesn't seem to be working so I guess I'll just have to loan out my body to 50 fat chicks for a $1000 a piece. OR.... I could loan my body out to 1000 fat chicks for $50 bucks a piece.
I'm kidding just a little family guy humor to brighten the worst Christmas ever for me. Hee hay ho. | | |
| The only frustrating part was when i went to go take the dashboard out of the car to put in my cd player, I found out that the wiring harness doesn't match at all. So there will be a bigger delay on getting my cd player and sub hooked up to my Hyundai. And just for everyone's info: Hyundai Accent 01, Manual Transmission, about 37 miles to the gallon, 116,000 miles on it, white, V6, for 2100 dollars. When I first looked in the window I thought it was 163,000 miles on it but I was wrong when I asked to test drive it and as soon as I was in and driving, it was mine. It drives smooth and it's the first car I have bought on my own, so wish me luck on keeping the car together.
Work was kinda boring today, and I got chewed out by Jeff Venekamp in a joking manner, which was hard to know how to respond to it, so I just smiled and nodded my headed like I knew that he was joking but I was so confused. I'm glad that's over because I have saturday,sunday,monday all off; no work!
My girlfriend is coming over tomorrow, so I'm off the wall excited. So much so that I think I will hug the next African Bushman that comes to my dorm, a nice hard hug because I love them so much, so darn much. ( i'm getting tearie eyed with joy when I just think about it).
Anyways, I better rest up for my girlfriend tomorrow,

| Now that I"m going to be in college and it's the summer, I have no excuse to not be keeping up in my xanga, so here it goes.
Here's a good one to start it off. I am so frustrated right now I could burst into a thousand little oompa loompa's!!!
Everything I do to try and prove I'm worth something has backfired in my face because of those stupid piece of ( i'm holding my tongue, even on the internet, ( wow, i'm so christian ( sarcasm tastes so good) ) ) RUMORS!
I will never be able to escape them, and I'll never be worth anything to my girlfriend's parents, they just see me for something that i'm not, all because of my older brother's troubles in life and my dad's alcoholism, I'm immediately judged. I'm none of those people, i'm not like my dad, and I"m not like my older brother. I'm different, and they can't see that, so they just spread it all over the town and all their friends so that the town and all the friends will try and tell her about what a mistake she is making and I"m so fed up that I thought I would just broadcast my troubles, so screw it and this ladies and gentlemen is me in a tantrum. go ahead and comment as much as you want, and if you are christian like I am, I could definetly use some prayer. | | |
| So, I get to bed late again and wake up all groggy throughout the day.It kind of sucked from the lack of energy I was putting out towards all events of my day.
It was a pretty normal day as far as school goes, except for the fact that I ate a whole big bag of skittles for lunch instead of actual food.Chels was all ok in school, she was looking all cute in her bibs ( I think bibs are the sexiest piece of clothing that a girl can wear!) and everything was going good for her until seventh hour. She got so stressed from all this other work added on top of present work in school that I couldn't even touch her without her turning around and glaring at me. She was stressed big time! She later apologized though and said her terms of endearment while explaining herself. I love her so much.
We played yet another boys basketball game, this time against Roslyn. We were down by like 15 or 20 points in the first half ( which was ridiculous to begin with). And then the second half ( more like the fourth quarter) we started picking up our game and ended up beating them by five. The final score for Langford vs. Roslyn was 59to54.(Langford with an amazing comeback!!)
Tomorrow I have to get up at 5:30 to go on another senior trip (Gov't Class trip) to Pierre, SD. Sounds like we'll just be chasing around some geese in the parks. I hope to get good sleep so those of you who like to pray like I do, pray that Jared(God will know who) gets his sleep and wakes up ADHD fresh fully clean!!!
